SENIOR RECEPTION / ADMIN & PRACTITIONER SUPPORT

We are a multi practitioner clinic in Attadale, in operation for more than 40 years and we are looking for a new team member to join us in providing a health and wellness sanctuary for our patients.
What we require from the role
· Liaise with our suppliers to ensure we are kept up to date with industry insights and change
· Work with the representatives for these suppliers to navigate the best deals and consistent supply of the products that fill our extensive herbal and supplement dispensary.
· Guide our admin/reception team with rostering, support and mentoring
· Manage the day to day running of the premises – liaising with trades, gardeners, building owner etc.
Your skills and attributes
· You will have a strong foundation and experience in natural health. Perhaps you are a naturopath/nutritionist, or student.
· Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills mean that you can create a forward focused culture that allows innovation, learning and growth.
· You want to mentor and train the team in how to best support our clients with a naturopathic and will always working to improve the processes within the business
· You must have excellent admin and tech skills
We envisage this role will be 15-20 hours per week, with mutually suitable days/times to be negotiated for the right candidate.

Requirements:
Qualifications: You must be a qualified Remedial Massage Therapist with relevant certifications.

Work in an established Allied Health Clinic: Enjoy the opportunity of cross referrals between our Naturopaths, Clinical Nutritionists and our current Massage Therapist. This is a contract opportunity with no overhead to the practitioner other than to provide the “tools of the trade”. We offer an above average compensation of a 65% share to the therapist 35% to the clinic. Alternatively there is flexibility for room rental.
