Aquamin® Forte TG is a highly bioavailable source of calcium from calcareous marine algae (Lithothamnion sp.). The seaweed is harvested from the North Atlantic seabed in the wild, remote seas of North West Iceland and provides ideal conditions for abundant growth of mineral rich seaweed. Aquamin® Forte TG is highly concentrated in minerals, in particular calcium and magnesium, but also contains 72 other trace minerals.

• Aquamin® Forte TG 500mg (equivalent to calcified Lithothamnion tophiforme 475mg, equivalent to calcium 150mg, equivalent to magnesium 11 mg)
• Brassica juncea (mustard green) leaf 12.5mg
• Brassica rapa (turnip green) leaf 12.5mg
• Brassica oleracea var gemmifera (brussel sprout) leaf 12.5mg

Adults 50 years and under: Take 2 capsules daily.

Adults 51 years and over: Take 3 capsules daily.
