Recommended dosage & directions:

Adults: Take 1 capsule a day with water, or as advised by your health professional.

During antibiotic use: Take 2 capsules a day with water.

Cautions & Contraindications:

Probiotics are generally well tolerated. Mild gastrointestinal effects may be experienced in sensitive individuals. Individuals with compromised immune function or other serious underlying diseases are advised to restrict probiotic use to the strains and indications that have proven efficacy and to only supplement under the guidance of a health care professional.

Concurrent use of antibiotics and anti-fungal medications may decrease the effectiveness of probiotics.
