PHGG is a great way to increase your daily intake of fibre.
- Clear, easily dissolving powder to mix into any drink or water.
- Does not have the viscous or swelling properties of guar gum.

Adults: Add 4g (1 level teaspoon) to drink daily - stir to dissolve. Start with 1/4 teaspoon abd work up to avoid bloating.
Children: (12 months to 12 years): Add 2g (1 level teaspoon) to drink daily - stir to dissolve. Start with 1/4 teaspoon and work up to avoid bloating.
