- Lactobacillus plantarum 299v 20 Billion CFU
- Lactobacillus acidophilus (NCFM®) 11 Billion CFU
- Bifidobacterium animalis ssp lactis (HN019™) 1 Billion CFU
Adults: Take 1 capsule daily, or as directed by a healthcare professional. For more severe cases, take 1 capsule twice daily.
Capsules can be pulled apart and powder added to food or liquid if preferred.
