Directions:
1. Tip back into a large bowl.
2. Add 200ml of water and 50ml of healthy oil.
3. Mix with a fork until well combined
4. Add 400g of finely chopped or grated veggies.
5. Mix well using clean hands.
6. Shape into burger patties
7. Cook in a fry pan, BBQ or sandwich press until golden brown and cripsy.
Keep fresh: Store dry mix sealed at room temperature. Store cooked burger patties refrigerated for up to 5 days or frozen up to 12 months.
