Mix 3 to 4 drops of serum into your shampoo portion. Shampoo hair and scalp for 3 to 4 minutes. Rinse and condition as normal.

For best results apply to warmed scalp and wash hair with this method 3 times a week.

May also be used neat on skin or apply 3 drops to 1 teaspoon of grape seed oil and massage into scalp.
