SFI Health Agiolax (previously Flordis Agiolax) is a dietary fibre supplement that provides relief from constipation and supports regular bowel movements. It contains an optimal balance of insoluble and soluble fibre from the psyllium plant, plus a natural laxative (Senna).

Clinical studies show that Agiolax can relieve constipation, and help support regular bowel movements. Psyllium provides “gut healthy” fibres that add bulk to the stool, speeding transit and assisting comfortable transit. Naturally derived senna provides a rich source of the active compounds sennosides, which have a laxative effect and encourage regular bowel movements.

• Each 5g (approx 1 teaspoon) contains psyllium seed, dry 2.6g, ispaghula husk, dry 0.11g and senna fruit tinnevelly, equiv. to dry 500mg containing 15mg of sennosides

Adults: Take 1 rounded teaspoon (5g) in the evening, and if necessary before breakfast, followed by a glass of water.

Agiolax granules should be swallowed unchewed with a glass of water (approx 250ml) or mixed with any semi-liquid food, such as yoghurt. A bowel movement can be expected 12-24 hours after taking a dose.

If you are pregnant or breast feeding, seek the advice of a health professional before taking this product. Drink plenty of water. Contains sucrose. Use in children under 12 years is not recommended. Do not use when abdominal pain, nausea or vomiting are present, or if you develop diarrhoea. Prolonged use may cause serious bowel problems.
