Ruta graveolens - to reduce mild rheumatic aches and pains as well as muscle soreness.

Bryonia alba - to relieve mild joint aches, pains and stiffness during exercise.

Calcarea carbonica - to reduce mild joint stiffness after sleep.

• Arnica montana tincture 25 microlitres from dry flowering herb 2.5mg

Apply approximately 2.5g of cream to the affected area 2 times per day.
