Amazing You recommends you apply 4-5 sprays to your upper body in the morning to help energise, and the same to your lower body in the evening for relaxation. Additionally, apply it as needed throughout the day when symptoms arise. There’s no need to wash our Sensitive Magnesium Spray off, just don’t forget to rub it in well for the best results.
