Product uses:

Restoration and relaxation - Add 2-3 drops and 5 drops Lavender True in Sweet Almond oil. Massage into skin.

Skin elasticity and pregnancy / stretch marks - Add 5 drops to 2ml of Wheatgerm oil and apply daily.

Hormonal balance / menstruation - Blend 5 drops to 5 drops of Geranium and add to a diffuser or bath. Therapeutic baths should not exceed 15 minutes. Or apply directly to the small of your back prior to bedtime. Repeat for 3 days.

Emotional stability - Blend 5 drops of Mandarin and Sandalwood each and add to a diffuser, pulse points or bath. Therapeutic baths should not exceed 15 minutes. Repeat as required. Especially effective with teenagers.

Citrus oils are slightly photo-toxic so avoid sunlight after application to the skin.

May irritate the skin if used in the bath or in combination with hot water.

Dilute in milk first if using in the bath.
