Important Customer Update – New Service Changes from 1 July 2025.

 

At Rener Health Products, we’re committed to enhancing our service experience to better support your needs.
As part of this commitment, several important updates will come into effect from 1 July 2025.

Updated Collection Order Process

To accommodate growing demand and ensure a smoother pickup experience, we’re introducing two streamlined collection options within our collection hours.

Collection hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Updated Order Minimums & Freight Charges

To continue providing reliable and efficient delivery services, the following freight updates will also apply:

Minimum Order Values

To continue providing reliable and efficient delivery services, we are streamlining our freight-free order minimums across Australia, ensuring a consistent experience for all domestic customers — regardless of location.

Freight-free thresholds do not apply to international orders.

Freight Charges (inc. GST)

Additional freight charges may apply for bulk items — we’ll contact you to confirm when applicable.


Monthly Deals
 

Effective from 1 July 2025, all Monthly Deals will close at 12:00 PM on the final business day of each month, unless otherwise stated. We'll notify you when new monthly offers are available.
