Customer Service Representative

Jandakot, WA

As we continue to grow exponentially, we are seeking a new team member who is passionate about helping others and being actively involved in the health industry. Key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Delivering excellent service to all customers
  • Keying orders
  • Efficiently responding to customer enquires via phone and email
  • Attending to product and order enquiries
  • Handling payments, interpreting customer accounts, and answering accounting queries
  • Participation in proactive out-bound customer relations calls to customers
  • Troubleshooting issues and communicating effective solutions for customers and within the team
  • General support of the manager as required
  • Participation and assistance at our annual Rener Health Expo

We are looking for a self-motivated, energetic individual who can fulfil these requirements:

  • A qualification in Health Sciences (Naturopath/Herbalist/Nutritionist etc.), working towards one, or extensive health food store experience
  • Extensive experience in customer service and/or a health advisory role
  • A working knowledge of natural health supplements
  • A high level of emotional intelligence
  • Ability to work efficiently in line with processes and procedures
  • A positive attitude with good ethics and the ability to use initiative
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A strong interest in maintaining positive customer relationships
  • Strong time management skills, ability to multitask in a busy environment
  • Ability to work autonomously and within a dynamic team environment, especially under pressure
  • Intermediate Microsoft Windows software knowledge (Pronto experience advantageous)
  • Accurate and efficient typing skills with an eye for detail

Remedial Massage Therapist

Would you like to work in a CBD clinic, while continuing to learn and develop your skills? Our multi-disciplinary team includes Physiotherapists, Podiatrists, and Chiropractors, and we are searching for a Remedial Massage therapist for a flexible casual role. About the role:

  • Our clinic is open 8am - 7pm Mon - Thurs, 8am - 6pm Fri, and 9am - 1pm Saturdays. We are looking for someone to work during our busiest times (most commonly evenings and Fridays), and who has availability for shift covers and corporate massage bookings.
  • You will be responsible for the delivery of excellent, customer-focused Remedial Massage Therapy treatment, for retaining current clients, and developing new clients.
  • You will receive continued support and mentoring from the senior clinicians in the team, both from fellow Remedial Massage therapists as well as from other disciplines where relevant.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications:

  • Positive, customer focused personality
  • A commitment to personal and professional growth
  • A Diploma of Remedial Massage - essential
  • Eligible to apply for health fund provider numbers - eligibility is essential. We can assist you in applying for your initial provider number
  • Indemnity insurance - essential
  • Dry needling – desirable but not essential
  • Myofascial cupping – desirable but not essential
  • Pregnancy massage – desirable but not essential

Schedule:

Pay:

  • $37.00 – $45.00 per hour.

Supplementary Pay:

Experience:

  • Massage: 1 year (Preferred).

Licence/Certification:

  • Diploma of Remedial Massage Therapy (Required).
